Miranda wears two main outfits during the game. The first is her normal clothing and the second is her dragoon armor. Miranda is also shown as a child in a flashback however I do not have a shot of that outfit. The textures are ripped from the game discs and give a better view of the details.

Miranda starts off with blue eyes and wavy blonde hair. The wave is not apparent ingame mainly due to the difficulty of making a wavy polygon. She has a large orange headband that's lined with gold. This is likely made of the same material as her armor. Two bits of gold curve down from the top and look almost like an upside down crescent. Miranda appears to be wearing lipstick and slight eyeshadow.
Miranda wears a long sleeved white bodysuit that ends in a skirt. The shoulders are padded giving her a more imposing figure. The fabric has a dark vertical line pattern that runs thoughout the cloth. The fabric is likely made of a heavy and warm material given the climate of Mille Seseau. Over this is orange chest armor. It covers her neck and chest ending below her breasts. She also has an orange belt that appears more of decoration than protect. Both have gold trim and designs.
She also wears large orange gauntlets. They end at her elbows and do not interfer with her ability to draw a bow. This are also lined with gold and have gold designs. Miranda also has thigh length brown boots with beige trim on the top. These are likely made of leather for protection.
Miranda's bow looks to be made of dark wood with some gold markings near the center.
Dragoon

Miranda's headband is replaced by an orange one with six raised green gems embedded into it. These are likely supposed to resemble eyes as many of the dragons in the game have mulitple eyes. Her hair is still wavy and hangs loose.
A colour scheme of silver and orange continues thoughout the armor. Miranda's shoulder armor doesn't not stick out like Rose or Dart's shoulder pads. Instead it appears more like sleeves that cover her upper arm. It also appears she only has armor on her left. The right side seems to be be free of armor to allow an easier time drawing the bow. The ribbing is silver with orange underlay.
The torso armor is covered with designs and patterns. Many parts are raised and it has an organic appearance. A small green jewel is set in the chest. There is orange trim along the center and under the breast armor. The back of the armor is also orange. The rest of the chest armor is silver. A portion of her midriff is exposed. While this defeats the purpose of armor, Miranda would likely not be a frontline fighter and it wouldn't be as important.
Miranda wears black legging with lighter geometric patterns on them. There is also an armored skirt consisting of two side pieces covering the hips and extending to the thighs as well as a front and back piece. These are also heavily decorated. The boots start at the knee and have a large piece of armor covering them. A large orange jewel is set into the armor. The armor ends at the ankle however the boot is also armored. The boots are have heels about an inch high.
Large gloves cover both of Miranda's arms. The left glove has Miranda's bow incorporated into it and is not detatchable. The armor has multiple bits extending from the elbow. These extentions are likely meant to resemble spines. The armor covers the top of Mianda's gloved hands but do not hamper her ability to use a bow.
The dragon wings extend from the shoulders. They are rather large and are comparable in size to Miranda when fully extended. A rigid bar curves upwards to a large circular piece of which the ribs of the wings connect. This bar has orange edging while the rest of the wing structure is silver. Fine fragile material makes up the wings. Mostly sheer, they appear to have patterns that resemble veins thoughout. The material has gradient colouing. Miranda's wings are a solid yellow that fades to a lighter shade of itself at the edge. During the Dragon Campaign cinematic, Shirley's wings fade from orange to light green. It's possible the wings have no definitive colour and the colour change is normal.
As mentioned, Miranda's bow is incorporated into her left glove and is not detatchable.
