Ideal Equipment![]() Legend of Dragoon has some very formidable equipment throughout the game. The first disc contains several high level helmets and accessories alone. However to counter this and add difficulty, some of the pieces are 10,000G each. In a game where 5000G alone is a huge amount, having all the ideal equipment can be difficult. Also since the final dungeon cannot be left, you must obtain much of the best equipment before you enter.
Weapon
Detonate Bow / Arrow of Force Detonate Bow is Miranda's best weapon and attacks all enemies. However it is obtained in the last dungeon making Arrow of Force the best weapon for most of the game. Arrow of Force also gives 50% more SP for quick Dragoon levelings.
Armor
Armor of Legend / Rainbow Dress Armor of Legend is the best armor in the game. If you cannot afford it, Rainbow Dress is the best alternative. Its defence is higher than White-Silver Dragon Armor and prevents some status aliments. If you happen to have 10,000G, Legend Casque should be bought first.
Headgear
Legend Casque / Magical Hat Legend Casque is best headgear in the game, boosting your magic defence far higher than any other helm. If you cannot purchase this item, Miranda should be used as a healer and 50% more MP helps with that task. Dragon Helm will boost HP another 50% if you're worried about her health though.
Legwear
Dancer's Shoes / Magical Greaves Speed is vital in the game as it is a stat which will not increase though levels. Dancer's Shoes are the best legwear for Miranda, increasing her speed by 20. Magical Greaves are the best alternative, increasing speed by 10.
Accessory
Amulet Amulet increases Miranda's MP even higher, allowing her to heal even longer. Dancer's Ring will increase her speed by another 20 points. Therapy Ring will recover 10% HP per turn which can keep Miranda at full health due to the amount of turns she'll have. If you have 10,000G to spare, Phantom Shield which reduces all damage by half is another good choice. However Armor of Legend/Legend Casque should be bought first.
